Q. Where do I park?

A.  

Event: Part (1): Due to the ever changing event locations, we cannot specify exactly where to park but ample free parking should

be available on the property hosting the event or closely adjacent to the location. 

Event: Part (2): (1) FREE parking: You must park in the free uncovered parking lot east of the Ronald McDonald House and bring the ticket to the event for validation. (2) Pay Parking: You can use the parking garage south of the Ronald McDonald House parking lot, however, we are NOT able to validate parking for this garage.

Q. Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the event?

A.  

Event: Part (1): No

Event: Part (2): Yes. 

(1) Below you will find a link to 5 forms we require to be submitted online before the event. Any questions on forms 1-4 that do not apply, or you feel uncomfortable answering, please just leave blank. On the other hand, Form 5 needs to be filled out in its entirety. Upon completion of each of the 5 forms, first click the "Preview Submission" button and then the "Submit" button to electronically send forms to our office.

(3) We like to receive the completed forms well before the event but if you require more time please make sure to have them returned the night before the event starts. 

Q. Who can attend the workshop? Can my kids attend?

A. We ask that all participants are at least 16 years of age so that they can fully appreciate the subject material being discussed. If an

exception to this policy is needed for any reason please call our office to discuss available options.

Q. What time does the seminar begin and end?

A.

Event: Part (1):

Registration: Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to sign in & pick up your registration packet. ​

Seminar: The seminar formally begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 2:30 pm. However, to allow for further in-depth interaction with the

attendees the seminar can continue for another 30 minutes.

Q&A Discussion: During this extra time, there will be time for discussion and interpretation of any issues that are brought up by the attendees.

Event: Part (2): Yes. 

Registration: Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to sign in & pick up your registration packet. ​

Seminar: The seminar formally begins at 3:15 pm and ends at 5:15 pm. However, to allow for further in-depth interaction with the

attendees the seminar can continue for another 2 hours.

Q&A Discussion: During this extra time, there will be ample time for detailed analysis, discussion and interpretation of any issues that are brought up by the attendees. It is highly recommended that you allow for this extra time in order to get the full benefit of seminar/workshop as it is usually considered to be a big highlight of the event. 

Q. Do you offer food or drinks? 

A. We ask that you make your own arrangements for eating & bring your own drink of choice during the event. ​

Q. What should I wear?

A. Business casual attire is appropriate but not mandatory. We recommend that you bring a light sweater or a jacket for extra comfort.​

Q. Will I receive any materials at the seminar?

A. Everything needed will be provided for you at no additional cost.​

Q. What's the refund policy?

A. Do to limited seating, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Q: I bought tickets but can no longer attend - can I get a refund?

A: No, we do not offer refunds to the event.  If you're unable to attend please feel free to pass your ticket(s) to a friend, loved one, 

business associate or even an enemy that could benefit from the subject matter. 

Q: Can I exchange my tickets for another event date?

A: At some events, this might be possible if the situation allows. Please contact our office for more details. 

 

Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A: Yes, please either bring your printed ticked, email ticket confirmation or any digital equivalent as proof of purchase. 

Q: The workshop/seminar is sold out. Is there a waiting list?

A: Yes, please email us your request and make sure to include an email where we can reach you with the details.
