Cancellation /Reschedule/Refunds Policy
Single Sessions: To cancel/reschedule a single booked session, please do so within 72 hours of the appointment. Canceled/Rescheduled sessions outside of the 72-hour cutoff are forfeited and any balance owed is due in full immediately. No exceptions. Follow the steps below to cancel/reschedule a single session:
(1) Log in at NeoDom.co
(2) Click on Your Name to the right of the Sign Out prompt.
(3) Click on the down arrow to the right of the service that you have already booked.
(4). Under the “Book Again” button you will see two icons:
(i) If you want to cancel, click on the Trash Can icon and follow the directions. You will receive a full refund if you booked a single session. (IMPORTANT: Session Packages are subject to fees if canceled. Please see below before you purchase.)
(ii) If you want to reschedule, click on the Circular Arrow/Clock icon and follow the directions. You will be able to re-select a different date and time at no cost.
Session Packages: If you need to cancel an entire session package the following fees will apply (a) a cancellation charge of 5% of the entire original purchase balance (b) forfeiture of any regular rate discounts already received by Client due to the advance purchase of multiple sessions (c) retroactive billing for all services rendered within the session package that was purchased at the then current Regular On-Site Rate or current Regular Off-Site Rate according to the Rate associated to the sessions purchased. After this refund method is applied to sessions that have been already rendered to Client a refund for the unused portion of the sessions purchased will be issued to Client.
Do to limited seating, all sales are final and non-refundable.
